Ratings and reviews

This app charges users for an annual subscription without explicit consent and lacks an option for customers to cancel it. They don't send reminder emails about the renewal. They claim users accepted recurring payments during enrollment by checking a small box. It's unreasonable to expect customers to remember this a year later. Despite frequent promotional emails, they don't remind customers about payments. There's no way to view or delete payment info. This feels like a scam.

Basically paid $30 to be sold to for 6 days. The activities provided in the initial program were disappointingly simple, and it ends with an hour long sales pitch for their next step in the program, which is considerably more expensive. Then they bribe for free downloads with proof of positive reviews on their app. It all feels very deceptive after going through it.

They will charge you annually automatically without your permission or email notification. There is no payment web page access for customers. Customers don't have a clue of payment card info store by them, and they will use it from there as an auto renewal selection. It's hard to get money back even though you connect in a couple of days. Be smart with your card info.
