I am currently encountering difficulties when trying to log in to my account. Despite entering my credentials correctly, I am unable to access the system, which is quite frustrating. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue so that I can regain access.

cant access grades unless its on a computer, making the app completely useless.

It didn't show my state, school district, etc. in the required options to sign up/sign in.
