Ratings and reviews

The fuel discount part works ok. The freight menu will not allow us to see or book loads and sends us in a never ending login cycle that always results in us being logged back out and never having the opportunity to view loads even though it says we're properly registered as a carrier. I've asked for help with this through the app, so I'll update my review if/when I've been contacted by customer service. The help menus are not helpful for this issue since we don't have the "magnifying glass."

The fuel discounts are pretty good. But using the app is a very bad experience. It freezes up. Tonight, I am trying to list fuel on my route by price. It won't do that. It maybe goes there for a split second; then switches to your featured stops, which may pay y'all extra but are not the best prices for me. I gave you two stars instead of just one because it does occasionally work like it should, but not often enough. If tonight was my first experience with this app, I would grade it lower.

Works as advertised. It would be nice if there was a quick way to copy an address instead of importing geocoords into Google maps, waiting for it to resolve an address and then pasting that into my truck routing software. Loves connect will export directly to "smart truck route 2" when I click on directions. Also, would prefer if it automatically sorted fuel options by lowest price or remember your sort preference instead of having to change it every time I use the app.
