Ratings and reviews

Very limited functionality. You have to use the website to do anything meaningful anyway. Also, the setup and install process for hardware is terrible. No way to actually test if anything is working properly on-site without waiting for very slow response from their servers each time

Careful with Motive , they are very easy to set you up , but make it extremely difficult for you to cancel their service. I advice, you consider all available options.

ARTIFICIAL Intelligence is NOT Human Intelligence!! Motive has INCORRECTLY flagged drivers as speeding when the speed limit sign showing the change is DIFFERENT from where it used to be in Atlanta. Directly affecting driver safety pay out that MOTIVE, NOT the company controls the safety score. There is NO VIDEO FEED for ALLEGED speeding violations for managers to review. There is only a map and if the video feed is pulled, it would show the software being INCORRECT!!
