Ratings and reviews

Absolute junk. They make regular BTS Skytain users in Bangkok use the app to obtain the frequent rider discount. It often involves a 10 minute interaction with the entire BTS station staff to try to top it up. A massive waste of time for what should be a simple transaction.

works on apple, but not in android. after inputting the OTP, you are returned to the login/register screen. tried with different browsers, still same login "experience". unable to use the app. fails to login. login works on web and/or apple.

The worst app I've ever seen. I used my points to redeem for a discount e-voucher at a restaurant. When I had to pay, the app just stopped working. How embarrassing! 2 days passed, I am still unable to sign in on the app, I can only sing in to my account on a desktop, although I have already reported the problem with Rabbit Reward.
