I can no longer add items to our delivery. Every single time, it goes to the point of saying click her to add to delivery, and it doesn't do anything when I tap it. Every 2 weeks I have to contact support to adjust our order. If this isn't fixed, I will have to look at alternative services as I'm getting tired of having to contact support and wait to hear back if they added to my order

Haven't been too happy since they merged the brands and redesigned the app who knows how many times now. Example: Every time I change the quantity for a current delivery, it changes it to that quantity for all my recurring deliveries. I also think the day of my deliveries has changed about four or fives times since the merge, all in the name of "aligning your delivery to the optimum route schedule" or some such nonsense. If there weren't issues before, why do you think you can "improve" it?

Never again. They charge $6 for each 1800 call. The prices changed after I started service and so I reached out by calling the few 1800 #s I found online, also their chat but no one can change prices of invoices after they've been sent. If there is a mistake, you have to write a letter and send it to a PO Box because the 1800#s only collect payment. The app only collects payment. So after you write a letter, they have 30 days to respond. I gave up. I've never dealt with anything like this
