Ratings and reviews

App freezes or spins frequently. Even though all permissions are granted, I'm never able to access the QR code for gate access. It always says I'm not in range, even when I'm standing in front of the access box. The menu lists "add 24/7 access" in the navigation menu about 30 times before the actual menu items at the bottom so you scroll forever. Messages show they are unread when they aren't. I've uninstalled & and reinstalled, but it didn't help.

When I first downloaded the app, the "One Touch" gate function worked great. Then I updated the app, and it no longer works with my, or my wife's, phone. It's not terrible to have to get out and type in the key-code (like peasants), but to have the option dangled in front of us like a carrot just out of reach... that's a real kick in the teeth!

app is probably the worst I have encountered. Will not connect to gates unless you turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on. once you do that it erased your connections to all other Bluetooth devices and makes them undiscoverable. the only way to clear it is to forget all of those devices and start over pairing your device to all of those connections again.
