Ratings and reviews

Sometimes it works, and when it does, it's extremely slow. Most of the time, I can't even get by the opening picture of the couple standing there. It just stops there and won't move. Or, I'll be browsing, try and open a page to a specific item, and the item won't load. This app is garbage, and whomever you have working it NEEDS to be fired and replaced, because they don't know what they're doing.

This app constantly freezes! I have uninstalled & reinstalled it a few times but mostly it stays frozen on a photo with the Belk logo. I would have shopped there more at Christmas if I could access it but this is what happens every time. So I tried again today, same thing. I may even skip shopping in the store since I will miss coupons & rewards specific to the APP. Totally useless!

If you have an item there sold out in your cart good luck trying to remove it. I've been fighting with this app for months trying to get the items removed so I can place my order but nothing works. I've updated it, uninstalled the app four times and nothing works. I don't even shop online anymore. there's no point because I can't place my order.
