Ratings and reviews

Absolutely the worst shopping app ever. I have tried and retried to edit my cart and it won't refresh. it always says an error occurred. I had some items in the cart that are now out of stock and it won't let me remove them. obviously because the things are out of stock it won't let me check out. and it's not adding new things into the cart. such a huge waste of time. and they lost me as a customer.

This app is so annoying and reaching out to Customer Service doesn't help because I see other customers is having the same problem. I can't delete or edit the item in my cart without getting an error message like "Oops something went wrong, please try again". Customer Service told me to uninstall and reinstall. I did that and without logging back in the app automatically have me logged in even after I had logged out. With the app behaving like that I can't add anything to my cart.

Worst app I have ever used. I cannot ever place an order through this app. It will not add anything to my cart. Everytime I click on "add to cart" I get nada. I have tried uninstall/reinstall, restarting my phone, etc. But, nothing works. I cannot imagine I am the only person experiencing this. Belk must be losing a lot of $$$ because of this lousy app. Whoever is in charge of their tech department should be fired.
