Very disappointed with Rebatesme. Nearly every order I make is not picked up when shopping on the computer, the shopping trip but not the order. I have to email everytime to get it sorted. Tried this app and it crashed exactly after I finished paying. Leaving just a shopping trip AGAIN. When I open the app I'm signed out and when I try to sign in after password it just does nothing. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because support does help but I shouldn't have to do this back and forth eve

Unreliable. app only picks up orders randomly same with the web ext. Customer sp is hit or miss. Even with a video showing every step they refuse me the CB saying it was because I have other CB apps but they are not active and of course I have them, unlike rebatesme they actually work. It also shows in video after clicking the link that the cashback is active and at the end of the video it is still. Promos are good but I recommend using another CB for purchasing

really bad exp. first use just as I made my payment to store in this app it crashed and it recorded shopping trip but no order made. now it won't even sign me in, gets stuck after I enter my password the sign in button does nothing. tried the usual, un&re-install still not signing me in. asked CS about and they said I was using old version but I installed 1 min before the failed order. now they suggest to use web but that's why I tried this app because the extension doesn't pick up the ordres
