I mean, at least they're honest. Telling us right to our face "yeah, we don't actually need location permission, it's just so we can give it to advertisers" Ignoring that though, the app doesn't even work. Notifications just say "you have a reminder" instead of the actual text I entered, and only showed up 2½ hours after I had told it to.

Very often a notification saying something along the lines of "your tasks are due" will pop up even when there are no tasks left. This is extremely annoying, i'm trying to be more productive and useless notifications popping up randomly aren't helping. When you fix this it's 4 star app, it's not 5 because of the ads.

I don't usually write reviews but this is insane. Your app has a singular function; all it does is send me a notification when I ask it to. You probably wrote this in half a day and put it up on the store. So why in God's name do you need access to my location data? Can we not have even a single piece of software that doesn't solely exist as a vehicle for data aggregation? Can we not just write software for the purpose of creating something useful? Get out of tech, you goddamn leeches.
