Ratings and reviews

It's ease of use for both client and proprietor is fantastic. My clients love how they get reminded of their appointments and how easy it is to book with me with the online appointment book. I really enjoy the reports so I can keep good track of my business, the ability to control my schedule, having access to my money immediately, the ability to sell gift cards and if I want to do any marketing with them I can, with text marketing.

Was great at first. Free was nice! But, the past few months, scheduled appointments don't show up on the calendar, causing double booking. It randomly won't load my clients in the list. The app crashes 2-3 times a week and I have to "force stop" the app and restart it. Which is very inconvenient when I'm busy. As of now, the servers have been down for HOURS! In the middle of my work day. As soon as it's back up it will only be opened to copy my clients and phone numbers then UNINSTALLED!

Started strong but going down with every update. I pay for the $30 service and now it is not allowing messaging unless the client messages first. I can see where this is not a feature for the free version. But for someone who already pays a premium for the service this should not have all of sudden been excluded. I work at a few locations and being able to send a message with a reminder of locations and addresses now isn't possible if they have never done anything but confirm the appt. 👎
