I'm updating my review. The below is still true, there's a lot of good functionality, but Square does not seem motivated to keep up the value of their product. Major example: schedules cannot be set to change a few months out, all staff schedule changes take place immediately which is very hard to run a business that takes automatic bookings Please fix! Also! I cannot get my services to appear in the right order on my booking site, which confuses customers

Product sucks big time. Had a number of issues in the past, not even technical just gotchas with how product actually works, which is sometimes very surprising. Now it looks like they added a way for people to message us from booking page or something, and we can't even respond cause they didn't give consent for marketing messages or some nonsense like that. This whole messaging feature is very annoying and poorly integrated with the rest of the flows without though, zero help just interference.

Since the new update my appts are not syncing woth my google calendar. I have been utilizing customer support for 24 hours now and no one has been able to fix the issue. I have changed the settings, i have uninstalled/reinstalled both the app and the google calendar. I have changed the setting to show that the work can only be performed at the customers location. Still no change in the syncing. Since the update, all new customer addresses are NOT SYNCING into the google calendar using the app.
