Requestate is a comprehensive property management app that lets you invest in properties and sell them seamlessly. Whether you're a first-time investor or a seasoned pro, Requestate provides the tools you need to manage your investments all in one place.

With Requestate, you can easily search for available properties and invest in them from the comfort of your own home. The app offers three types of properties for investment: purchase, rent, and co-invest. Co-invested properties allow you to pool funds with other investors, reducing your overall investment risk while maximising your returns.

Once you've invested in a property, you can manage it directly from the app. Requestate lets you schedule visits to your property and receive notifications when potential buyers or tenants express interest. You can also view your wallet balance and withdraw your earnings directly to your bank account.

In addition to managing your investments, Requestate provides seasoned and accurate market reports and news on the real estate sector for our users to stay updated at all times.
