The audacity of some of these drivers is OUTRAGEOUS! The app gives them a specific location and they go to a completely DIFFERENT path and then COMPLAIN to me about the location. On top of that, instead of telling me they are going to CANCEL the ride, they just do it and I don't even get notified. I've been late to work because of this annoying behavior. The fact that some freebees take HOURS to arrive does not help with the ride canceling, it just wasted my time. 🙄

The ride experience has been fantastic in Bradenton Palmetto. Quick arrivals, clean cars, courteous drivers. I struggle with location access every tim I order. I go to App Settings and delete files and cache. When I log back in it errors: location services is still off but eventually corrects itself. About half a dozen attempts today. I'd score a 4 but price makes it a 5 star.

The concept is great, but there are no ETAs given, or even any sort of idea how long you'll be waiting for one. Every time I've tried to call one in the last week the drivers have either never accepted me, or when they finally do, they take 15+ minutes to move from their spot, as shown in the map feature. One driver told me they would be at my location in ten minutes, over twenty minutes later they still hadn't moved. Do better, city of Miami! goodness knows you have the money for it.
