Refreshed interface, brand new for 2017! Now I have to log in again every time I close the app, and Chrome is not my default browser, so I have to reset it and set it back every time I log in. And if I switch to another app, it won't show me any info when I come back without closing it and logging back in. And then half the time I still only get blank screens or a request to "choose patient" with no options listed (I'm the only one anyways).

This app is awful. My pharmacy talked me into it when their system suddenly stopped texting me. It's been terrible. One of my regular, ongoing meds was removed from the app completely... and it was still an ongoing prescription. Another time I placed a refill order and it was never filled. It just disappeared. I asked the pharmacy and there was no order. I stopped using it after that. If I have to call anyway, I may as well call instead of waiting for refills that won't be filled.

So, as several have posted their experiences with this app, so I too have changed my rating with a brief explanation of why. I installed the app, was working fine until a few weeks ago, freezen upon loading. What bothers me is the almost absolute silence. Some users have received an email. From what I have read, it's been in the single digits. You could at least send a form email. We need to hear from you, WHAT'S GOING ON! I will change my rating when you earn it! We depend on it!
