With a focus on reconditioning, connective tissue remodeling, and fitness, the SALT program starts with an assessment of your current level of fitness and symptoms and then matches you with the best starting level for you. We'll provide guidance and support throughout the program to help you stay on track and make progress, with an option for individualized coaching to be added soon.

The program consists of 12 levels and a full year of programming, with options for home or gym workouts, or a combination of the two. Our goal is to not only reduce your standing heart rate, but also to stabilize blood pressure, eliminate adrenalin surges, and reduce symptoms across the board. In addition to exercise, we also provide education on other lifestyle factors that can impact POTS and EDS symptoms, such as nutrition and stress management.

Plus, with a community forum, you can connect with others going through similar experiences and get your program-related questions answered.

It's hard to say what this app is. It costs $30 for one month ($180 for a whole year) & you have to commit without any idea of what's offered. It's disappointing given how few apps for POTS there are, but it seems like a digital 'support community' shouldn't need that much of any amount of money from a group of people struggling with everyday life. It seems like an obvious scam. Hopefully someone offers a more affordable app. That price tag seems steep for something you can get on Reddit

I emailed the creator& explained my financial situation. I was provided a scholarship: a year free to try. I highly recommend everyone w financial barriers do the same! I am starting w "Pre Salt" (lowest level for housebound/bedbound) to establish the habit of regular exercise & make it very easy on myself. I like that the exercises vary & rest periods are included. It took me a bit to get the hang of how it works, basically you work out w the demonstration & it repeats the set until you "skip."

The app requires a subscription to work at all. There are literally no free features. You sign in and it immediately slams a big fat "purchase subscription" button in your face the moment you open the app. I wish you didn't have to pay $30 every single month just to use basic features🙄
