About this app

This app is designed to help track symptoms and medication data for participants enrolled in the SAYSTOP Study, which is studying how long it is necessary to take antibiotics for people who have a serious urinary tract infection, called pyelonephritis. The app asks participants to complete a short 1-2 minute survey every day asking about common urinary tract infection symptoms, their use of pain medication, and quality of life questions, every day for 10 days. The app will generate a daily reminder notification to prompt them to complete the survey daily. If they do not complete the survey by noon on a particular day, they will receive another notification. The participant is encouraged to complete the survey for 10 days and stop.
