This app keeps crashing and freezing all the time. The biggest issue is that the time is always wrong even after changing it, it still shows the wrong time.

I have bought your cloud/24-7 recording for $8.99. I cannot access any cloud service, recordings, & I've had multiple items stolen from my home. I try to access recordings & there's zero recordings. I bought this for security. There is no customer service number nor any service for customer service to help me. I would buy the yearly service, but I'm not going buy something that doesn't work. However, I have emailed President XI and the necessary offices. Your company has now caused harm.

The app keeps crashing. I tried installing it on several Android phones (Samsung Galaxy, Huawei P20, ...), but the app doesn’t launch — and if it does, it only works for one minute... What’s going on, manufacturers? Fix this issue!!!
