Ratings and reviews

The features for this app are very limited if using PoE cameras with an NVR. They don't offer rich notifications, so they're basically useless. You also can't snooze notifications. The notifications don't take you directly to the recorded event. So you have to do a lot of navigating just to get to the recordings. The cameras are great, disappointing app.

I use all Cellular Reolink Cameras and overall they are really good for remote surveillance security. BUT there are a few kinks in the App. #1 on the App there are short cuts but there is NO WAY at all to turn off the Cloud Recording. It allows Email Notifications, Push Notifications, Camera Recording, and Alarm.... But it still records and sends the footage to the cloud. Therefore wasting Data. I just want a VERY simple button to push to turn the cameras completely off while I'm at the location

They updated the app. It is more responsive to move cameras, when it works. It hardly ever works. it'll say "movement detected on X camera" while looking at another one, and that camera will drop to 0 kbps on the same network as others that are working. constantly, right when you need them most. and I know it's an app issue because I've reinstalled the app, and reset the cameras multiple times, and the app gets notifications of movement but won't load the feed 50% of the time. useless.
