The latest update has added to the numerous problems that the past few updates caused. When I first started using the app it was very nice. You could arrange the cameras for viewing the way that you preferred. With updates, that option went away. Many people complained to no avail. Now, the newest update has stopped the notifications by email. I depend on these when I'm out of town. When I test the email alerts that once worked seamlessly, I get a 400 error message.

I have no idea what they changed, but the app is basically useless at this point. I constantly get notifications with pictures for movement. However, clicking on the notification leads to the app telling me that it can't connect to the camera. I GOT A NOTIFICATION WITH A SCREENSHOT--CLEARLY IT'S CONNECTED. Reaching out to support just results in a neverending loop of them asking if you've checked a bunch of things that are not the issue. Frustrating.

App is relatively well thought out and easy enough to use. just disappointed that half the time it doesn't work. the connection to a camera will go "100 kbps" to 0" kbps" in a matter of seconds when you connect when you're not on the same wifi network, and then it'll say it can't connect. even if you're getting notifications saying person detected by the camera, which half the time are false positives of the camera thinking a cardboard box is a person. useless when needed.
