Update, the app got even worse. After most recent app update, the android app will not connect to the camera. The camera is fine as my iOS device still. Reolink cameras are great, but the app is sorely lacking. I can always connect to my camera with a third party app, but this app won't connect unless I have a really strong signal. Update 7/2023. Downgrade to zero stars since the app will not connect to the cam. IP cam viewer app continues to connect like a champ. Reolink, your app is worthless.

Super slow and choppy!!! Anytime I play video on there, it constantly stutters, freezes, and cuts out. When I go to check the cameras, it will usually load forever and then say loading failed. It sucks because it is a very nice expensive NVR system with very nice expensive cameras and I have to deal with this app that doesn't even work half the time just to view them from my phone!!!! The sound will constantly cut out and I have to pause and play frequently just to get it back.

The features for this app are very limited if using PoE cameras with an NVR. They don't offer rich notifications, so they're basically useless. You also can't snooze notifications. The notifications don't take you directly to the recorded event. So you have to do a lot of navigating just to get to the recordings. The cameras are great, disappointing app.
