The latest update has added to the numerous problems that the past few updates caused. When I first started using the app it was very nice. You could arrange the cameras for viewing the way that you preferred. With updates, that option went away. Many people complained to no avail. Now, the newest update has stopped the notifications by email. I depend on these when I'm out of town. When I test the email alerts that once worked seamlessly, I get a 400 error message.

I have no idea what they changed, but the app is basically useless at this point. I constantly get notifications with pictures for movement. However, clicking on the notification leads to the app telling me that it can't connect to the camera. I GOT A NOTIFICATION WITH A SCREENSHOT--CLEARLY IT'S CONNECTED. Reaching out to support just results in a neverending loop of them asking if you've checked a bunch of things that are not the issue. Frustrating.

The new update ruined everything. Notifications that were working fine no longer work. You select push notifications and do the test and it says it is set, but when you close the app and go back in, push notifications is De-selected again. Won't stay selected. Sorry the bought these cameras, with them constantly changing the software. leave well enough alone.
