With the Smart Remote App you have everything under control.
Many STEINEL sensors and sensor lights can be conveniently controlled directly from your tablet, smartphone or remote control.
Simply load the Smart Remote app onto your smartphone or tablet and connect directly to a STEINEL product via Bluetooth or connect to the Smart Remote via Bluetooth.
The Smart Remote remote control replaces all existing STEINEL remote controls and saves you trouble of searching for the right remote control.

One of the worst softwares I had to use in 43 years of my life. Should be totally ashamed to call yourself a German company. No reputable German company can release such a crappy software on the market. Totally unusable, the descriptions do not make sense, it's so buggy that it only works 10% of the time. I'm 100% sure this is a cheap Chinese product with a German name on. I recommend that you hire a testor and get this poor app checked 10 times before your next release.

Quite frankly I'd be embarrassed to put my name to this app. I guess it's partially functional. I bought two Spot Connect SC lights, and can only find one of them with the app, and no obvious way of resetting the light itself to factory settings.

Used to work, now 4 hour on or off buttons greyed out so unusable. Renders lights uncontrollable other than from its own sensor. Contact with steinel pretty near next to useless, just said app guys working on it. Did they not break it in the first place?

What’s new

Due to a bug, the app sometimes could not connect to certain Bluetooth products. This bug has now been fixed.
