Nice app, sometimes send you km away from the right destination, if you get in your pick-up location 29:59 before the booked time, you'll be rated as not punctual! The support will try to encourage you to contact them via email, just to make sure that your message goes directly to the thrash can. If a flight gets delayed for several hours, you better forget you got a life, they don't care about their slaves, I mean, their drives. Just remember to never get late 👍

For U.K especially London where I work there is not a fair process of accepting the trips on the platform...Usually operator accounts get trips few seconds faster than drivers and if they don't accept it than drivers can pick them up even if you press at the same time they will have priority and pick up your trips, in other terms its ok to work with them if your happy getting the crumbs from a rich man's table:)

Think again Before working with this company.. There is no one to respond your calls. No one to reply your Emails,No one to guide you.They are worst in the transport Industry.They are seating somewhere else just to add penalties to your account all the time .They neither checks with passengers was there any really delay in arrival or any delay in flight..They are just fining online and not giving the reason also to tell you what's going on there!!!so dont work with them for more details you can
