As a driver, I use this app every day, sometimes it crashes in the middle of the daily driver check or updates and you lost all your progress, another improvement it will be if you could select several photos at the time when you select them from your phone gallery, as it annoying to upload one at a time. And what is with the new check where you have to upload photos of your wheels? Where is the damage photo section disappeared? Sometimes whe don't have trailer, but still have tu put photos...

Driver app is too slow. This may work for OTR but not package delivery, 10 seconds to open the app is too long when you have over 20 stops. Need to be able to turn off HOS, we don't need it and it shuts off sound on phone when it detects a change in duty status. Very annoying for my music to stop and I'm only driving a van without HAZMAT placards!!!

app definitely needs some work. when you first log in it demands you select a vehicle before you do anything else. you have to press a few buttons to decline doing so just so that you can go on duty. if you do select a vehicle, it goes straight to the dvir afterwards, still without giving the option to go on duty. you have to force stop on the app if you sign out for the day, otherwise it will send you shift notifications all night long, even if you log off. those are my biggest gripes.
