Using with a portable AC unit. Constant disconnects after the last few updates. Very strong WiFi signal and speed. Very frustrating. Using the app just a moment ago and poof, device is disconnected. Update. it just magically reconnected. ***update*** it seems to be working perfectly now. April 2026

Shopping within the app is a horrible experience because it seems to have cookie issues. As you add products one at a time the previously added item disappears from the cart. Also, when you add an item to the cart it always adds a quality of 2, so you need to manually change it to 1. Other than that the app seems to work fine, but I've only had my humidifiers for 2 days. I will update my review in the future.

Great easy functionality and SO WORTH buying the one with remote!! Helps to not get up physically to change speed/direction. The only issue ive had so far is a slight noise when I use the rotating part. Gotta figure out how to fix that as it becomes disruptive but highly recommend this fan and height reaches above those of us with taller beds!
