Poorly designed. In certain instances, when you try to go back, Kicks you off to the log in area.. It shows you advertisements with hard to find close buttons.. Worse bank ever.. Had a business account with them for a while, Never had a good experience with it. Going thru the hassle, but I'm quiting it.

I have to activate pushes to be able to login. The pushes Santander sends on APP are completely irrelevant. Zero segmentation apparently. When opening the APP I receive an In-APP template. Also completely irrelevant and even creating issues with login. Santander has a marketing solution called Insider that does all segmentation and personalization that would prevent irrelevant pushes and templates and would assure that if a person doesn't see the same if irrelevant. Why isn't Santander using it?
