App is OK. Excellent platform in general. BUT the real issue is the customer service, complete internal chaos in the bank, their inability to track down what and why is happening, issues with communication, unexplainable decisions that they can't find ways internally how to fix, despite agreeing that it's not a normal way of operating. Haven't seen anything like that in any financial institution. Weak regulator in Denmark at fault, perhaps? Wouldn't be allowed to operate like this where I live..

Had a good experience with the app itself. It is fairly well built, allows you to trade a wide range of securities, although with fairly high fees. However, their costumer service is a different matter. Iwas asked to provide documentation to prove source of funds, which I did. One month later still got my my account restricted, before they even looking at what I provided. Two months later, and multiple chat sessions, my account is still restricted, even after providing all required documents.

The app is ok-ish, even though not intuitive. The bank itself is awful. Overall, it's very expensive, with a lot of not obvious but very high fees. Rollover and swap prices are awful. Execution is sloppy and you can't really trust their prices. Customer support is slow, and definitely lacks the necessary competencies to promptly address the normal issues a trader can have. I strongly suggest to avoid this bank, as it'possible to get a much better service at much cheaper prices elsewhere.
