*2% interest p.a. (variable) on up to €500,000 in PRIME+ and €50,000 in FREE, forwarded from partner banks and qualifying money market funds. The interest rate is based, among other things, on the respective market rate. The allocation of cash balances is variable and takes into account available capacities, conditions and client activity. Balances at partner banks are protected up to €100,000 per client per bank under the statutory deposit guarantee scheme. Ratings and reviews

Its is a good app, easy to use and userfriendly, however, the biggest issue is the speed of transactions. If I transfer, say on thursday from a bank account to Baaderbank, it arrives earliest the following Wednesday, nearly 5 banking days while they claim it takes 1-2 banking days. Update: its been 6 days, the money is still not available for trading. Contacted the customer care, they said they will forward to the payments team for resolving.

Unfortunately, I cannot login to my account for about a week now. The app doesn't ask for my biometrics anymore, and when I put my email and password in, the app just crashes. If I try to login via the browser, then it wants the app on my phone to confirm it, which doesn't work, so stuck in this loop. Reached out to customer service, which they replied - they are aware of the issue and working hard to solve it. At this time, they cannot tell me when it will be solved.

Extremely unreliable app. -edit- To elaborate on my emotionally charged review from before. The pattern is clear, Scalable at this moment simply cannot handle periods of high volume trading. Whenever there are dramatic changes in the market at large, you will struggle to log into your account. If your financial well-being relies on being able to swiftly react to large swings in the market, avoid this service. If you must use it, automate as much as you can.
