Looks flash but is not intuitive. Really poor UI design which makes booking a room way more difficult than to should be. Also bug out when using the map making it hard to zoom in/out, and loses the background image of the actual map randomly. Also logs me out all the time. I've had to set it up 3 times now and I'm not sure why. Hope the organisation I work for isn't paying money for this...

Extremely user unfriendly. Multiple redundant clicks/selections required. Error messages are not clear on what needs to be selected (e.g. a red cross or highlight could indicate missing info). It's difficult to book the desk you want from the map. It's difficult to work out which day/s you are booking for (would be much easier if a calendar displayed for you to select a date). Ultimately very difficult and annoying to use.

App is slow to navigate around available desks and finicky to set the booking time I want as it resets/ignores what I selected. I continually need to uninstall and reinstall the app as it just hangs every few weeks when I try to open it. Check-in hasn't worked for me in weeks it just hangs so I gave up, and notifications for my bookings are inconsistent so have to manually look up where I've booked for the day.
