A simple to use app that allows you to book spaces in seconds. With a few taps you can book a workstation or a meeting room, along with other areas like parking, lockers, quiet spaces, breakout zones and more. One screen in the palm of your hand keeps you in control of your daily schedule. See all your bookings, find booked workspaces on a floor plan, and make changes or cancellations to bookings as required. It’s never been faster to check in to a workspace, through a simple tap of a button, or automatically through proximity-based check in. When you need to collaborate with a co-worker, Condeco helps make it happen. You can search in the app to find where they’re working, book an available workspace nearby and start collaborating in minutes.

Requires Condeco Cloud subscription. Types of spaces that can be booked within the app depend on your organization's configuration.

Ratings and reviews

Slow To Respond And Drops Profile Frequently. At least once a week when I log back in I get directed to generate an email to my company account. The app freezes up when there is high traffic for reserving parking spaces, or it doesn't respond at all for 10 to 15 minutes. Try to restart it can mean another profile drop.

Terrible app, logs you out every day and have to sign in using work email. If I want to access my work email every time I need to book a desk, I'd rather use my work laptop than use an app. Counterintuitive and impractical app for desk booking.

Slow laggy service. Often times out and is unusable. if it is working then its an ok app but the service often suffers from bandwidth and processing constraints at Condeco.
