multiple issues ranging from locking user out to closing job early. we're supposed to call the provider when we run into issues but they don't ever answer their service line. most of the time it says call back later. don't know if it's the app issues or service provider issue(home depot). but it seems like the app is a set up for failure for the provider (home depot in this case) to be able to say that the contractors didn't fulfill the requirements therefore they won't be paying.

I use this app for Street Sweeping Sams Clubs parking lots. And the majority of this is frustrating. Delayed timings into sending work orders, My physical phone itself booting me out and saying this app has bugs in it. Not saving current progress, or not even checking me out of my work order the next day coming in and running over 24 hours on the clock timer. But I've only found a temporary fix to it. Just uninstall and reinstall the app again. Putting in the Work number

constantly having issues, errors so it won't allow me to check in along with it saying I'm too far away to check in/out when I'm literally in the building. also, it sends a notification everytime (it looks like you left) I minimize it which I fall for everytime and have to dig my phone out of my pocket. the amount of time I've wasted is ridiculous along with delayed payments due to it not letting me check in/out. As of now its at 2 stars, hello designers!
