I'm not sure how your system of reading WiFi goes, looks like it's converted somehow, but I shouldn't be constantly losing connection MID-GAME! Every other device I have is fine on my wifi and even on my 5G network on my phone. But this Virtual PC seems to CONSTANTLY CRASH! and I don't think having more Mgbs would help. I wanted answers but there's no option for that in your help center. It's a really convenient app. but it's not worth $20/month if it's gonna constantly crash.l

I don't write reviews, but this service has compelled me to do so. I've only had the service as of yet for around a day and a half, and I was already having issues where it was stuck "shutting down" and I could not login or even use the service for a period of time. When I first sent a message to support regarding that, they were fairly responsive but when I requested a refund things went very quiet in the email thread only to deny said request hours later. I've ended up disputing the charge.

When it works, it's perfect. I never have any lag and love playing on mobile. The issue I run into is that most of the time when I launch a game I keep getting a message "applying new resolution" then the game freezes and the message keeps prompting. Looking at other reviews it does not seem like I'm the only one running into this issue.
