It was annoying enough that you cannot remap controls. They have now locked many features, including some that are NECESSARY to play some games, behind a $40 subscription. As in, you cannot even launch the game, much less play it, without subscribing. If you are still within the return window for your device I recommend you do so immediately.

Do NOT bother with this. They've decided to lock features behind a paywall, and then they don't even WORK. I signed up for the trial for Backbone plus so that I could use the Touchsync feature with Genshin, and the buttons don't line up. This wouldn't be a problem if there was any way to customize where the buttons go, which seems like a pretty basic feature to me. Absolute BS.

This app needs updates to keep up to date with current games. It needs a key bind feature for games. Recently my sprint sometimes works and sometimes it won't. For 100$ there should be more features that work better. It doesn't charge while using the c port at all. It doesn't have a built in battery for longer gaming sessions. When I record videos it doesn't save it automatically to my phone I have to find it and download it. I've even recorded video and the light was on but it didn't save.
