The app doesn't work well. 1. The video is not visible even after sharing the screen. -----Edit: (Latest update) after the latest update the issues are cleared. I would have given 5stars if the trainer could see everyone joining the link(Visually). -----Edit2: (Latest update) facing lot of issues. Mic not working well,video not working well, session not opening, everything's wrong. I am now shifting to other video calling app.

Hi, Apologies for the inconvenience. Can you please let us know via mail (viewer@zohomobile.com) if the video feed disappeared after the screen share or video running inside the screen disappeared? Kindly note that stable internet connection is required for flawless audio/video streaming on both the attendees and trainers' ends.

Its a good app especially if used for online teaching. But there are few problems that I would like to point out and those are that whenever there's is an update, its mandatory to update otherwise the app wont work. Also the recent ( ie 02/09/20) updated version is not working properly. The chat, question and polls sections are not working properly and doesn't load the new messages and question. Kindly look after the issue or go back to older version

Hi Srishti, we are mandating updates once in a while to make sure all users are using the latest version available without any issues. Regarding chat, questions, polls not updating, the issue has been fixed in the latest version 11.0.1. Kindly update the app and let us know your feedback.

There is no option of giving it a zero star so I am giving it one star... its horrible... its so tidious to keep switching screens to text and present screens.. it keeps hanging when on the confrence.. it is very annoying since there is no notification if there is any message sent to us.. sometimes you can't enter.. sometimes the screen is disabled... it takes forever to send a message or mute your mic..🤷‍♀️
