Ratings and reviews

Very affordable and high quality app, but some shows don't get updated. for example, The Rookie has S6 & 7 out on other platforms but not on showmax,it only ends at S5. And it has location issues, when i travel i can't use it because it says it's not supported in my area even though it works on other devices that are originally in that area. other than those issues the app i great

In my opinion, i think the playback controls are insufficient and the episodes should be ordered from first to the last. For instance wura has 100 episodes and i have to scroll from 100 down to 1. Nobody starts seeing a movie from episode 100. It should be 1 to 100 and when next i need to go to the next episode i think a next/previous button makes sense.

Ever since the upgrade, it's so bad, it works a quarter of the time and brings a message, "something went wrong" which never used to happen. I will not subscribe again if I can't access it whenever I want. There's is no much help from online support. I feel so frustrated after paying and wanting to continue with my shows. It's no longer giving value for money.
