If I could rate their customer service based on how I feel, I would rate it -5. I set up my account and got the approval. Realized I had misspelled my name. But, the app didn't let me update my name! Deleted that account, but couldn't create a new account because my phone number was associated with the deleted account. Called them, and a compliance guy told me that I am not ALLOWED to sep up an account because I am visiting West Africa. Asked for upper management, he hung on me. Just WOW!

this app is very helpful. at first I didn't like it because when I send money I doesn't go to my orange money until 3 days or more . but then I understood that I had to unlock ( deplafonner ) my orange money before being able to send certain amounts every week or days for some people that send money to family and don't receive it on time make sure the person you are sending the money has his or her mobil money unlock ( déplafonné)
