I am unable to complete my aadhar kyc, when I click on complete kyc then loading page appears and it shows loading. I waited at the page but after an hour it also show loading. I have a limit but I am unable to use that limit, after using 2 months and paid on time this issue faced by me,this is ridiculous thing. there is no customer care support.

The worst app does fraud with the customer's money I got a refund from a shopping website and they recently added an option that I can transfer my credit to my source account. I selected that option money got debited and the transactions show the amount has been processed successfully but I haven't received any refund in my bank account and it's been two days since I have raised a query about it and no response from them. total fraud don't use it.

The most pathetic experience from a buy now pay later platform. I was granted a certain credit limit & post utilisation of less than 50% of the limit, my account has been blocked for further transactions saying my account would be activated only post payment of the used limit. Is this logical? If I had to pay upfront on the same day, I would have chosen other payment options & not taken your favour for just a few hours. Horrible........
