Uhlelo lokusebenza lokubala umuntu nge-Mass Mass Index (BMI). I-BMI yisilinganiso samafutha asemzimbeni futhi ijwayele ukusetshenziswa embonini yezempilo ukuthola ukuthi isisindo sakho siphilile yini.

Sebenzisa uhlelo lokusebenza ukubala i-BMI yakho futhi unqume ukuthi une-Underweight, Normal, overweight noma i-Obese.
