OTP not working properly. edit: I've already coordinated with your help channel and mind you, I've tried more than 10x to see if the problem sits on my end. I'm done frustrating myself and accept that it won't work it is intended to work. your support team is also not helpful, apart from responding on a weekly interval, just fyi.

Removed Feature? After the update, I can no longer access my Singlife Wallet. This means I have lost the crucial feature where I could freely lock and unlock my physical Singlife debit card. Before this update, the ability to control my card's status was easily accessible through the app. Now, it is neither visible nor accessible. This removal of a key security feature is a serious downgrade.

They used to have a messenger chat support that made me decide to try. I opened 4 policies in GCash, 2 were doing fine, but sadly the other 2 were showing discrepancies of the transactions under the activities tab. Decided to chat, but no more chat, directed to email and so I emailed. Emailed them the 1st week of June, there were back and forth of emails and as of today Aug04, none of my concerns were resolved yet. Isn't that amazing? Still, I am maintaining my patience. Let's just see.☹️
