Even after receiving a new replacement pump control unit I am still not able to successfully utilize the WiFi features via the app. WiFi connectivity via the pump unit has never been established. Once logging out of the app, it is impossible to log back in. The indicator lamps on the control unit are all red. The WiFi reset button only worked once. I doubt the battery backup pump functions. As of yet, support has not returned my calls. I could really use some help getting this device working.

We mentioned server issues in our last reply to this review. Those are resolved seemingly in full now. Whatever it is holding you up, we are about to find out if you're willing. I'll come find you, David. Thank you for continuing to update, we got this.

Initial install on LG G8 ThinQ was fine, connected to pump fine, and could mostly view stats for the day, etc. Occasionally the pump would 'disappear', but later would be back and all was fine. At some point it lost it and I can't get it to connect again. The pump itself is still on the network, and I have reset that several times, but the connection between the app and the pump just ain't happening. I've done delete/reinstall all to no avail.

Once it FINALLY let me connect to my device, when it came time to give it a "Nickname", it won't let me save it. The "Done" button in the top right corner disappears, and the only option I have left is to Remove Device or hit my back button and start all over. The Add Device Manually option doesn't work at all...the web page never loads. Please help.
