The PumpSpy app alerts you in the event of your sump pump malfunctioning, high water alert, power loss and other important events. You can act to prevent water damage before flooding can occur. View real-time current conditions, pump activity and alert status.

Ratings and reviews

Worked fine until recent update, now crashes every time I try to run it. Update: uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the issue, for now. I'm sure I'll have to do it again at some point though. Update: yep, I regularly have to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work. It'll work for a week or so before it just crashes every time and needs to be reinstalled.

This product is hot garbage. The app is unforgivably unstable and even if you fix it most problems will return. Is the device useful without the app? Nope. Not a good look for something that is supposed to protect your home and give you a piece of mind. I'll be replacing this with something that works and I recommend everyone do the same before the company lights go out. It's just not worth the unknown risk and constant fiddling.

Update: Added stars. After uninstall and reinstall, it works again. If it lasts, I'll delete the post that follows. No longer works for me either. I can be added to the ever growing list of people that lost their abilities to monitor and use this app & device. Somewhere around that 1 month cutoff point seems pretty accurate. Unfortunately, when I received mine I didn't heed all the warnings and return it right away. It worked and I thought I was going to be good...Nope. I should've listened. ☹️
