this has to be the dumbest app ever. I thought it would work in conjunction with my already used apps and cards. what is the point in having to buy gift cards just to use your app? I already have money in my Starbucks account? why would I need to buy stuff from you? your app doesn't even attached to my pre-existing apps cards and accounts. absolutely dumb.

Thank you for your feedback. Snaplii lets users earn cashback by purchasing digital gift cards from top brands like Starbucks. It doesn’t connect to other apps, which means we never access or collect your data from them. Gift cards purchased through Snaplii can be used just like regular balances in those apps or in-store.

It has been at least 1 month (maybe more) that the app says that payments using debit/credit card Apple Pay are temporarily unavailable. It says that WeChat Pay, Alipay and Union Pay are available however, since I've never heard of these services, I'm hesitant to use them. When will payment by debit/credit card be available?

Terrible Customer Service! Changed my phone and it stops working. Can open the app and open my account but can not buy any gift cards. Phone customer service and they say it will be fixed but it will take a couple days. Wait a week and nothings done. Try again and not working. Call and told the same thing, It will take a couple days again. Wanted to buy more gift card so just on one purchase I loose 8.00 which is adding up. Can I get a credit for the screw up No. Customer service.
