Ratings and reviews

I am one of the students using this app, and I'm not happy. I am supposed to study for a test I have to write tomorrow and there is no page number option to find the pages (some of my friends has the hard copy of that book and there IS page numbers in it), and when I finally find the topic (by going through the contents), it keeps jumping to another page and I have to look for it again. Although the customer service is good, I have no time to go to them with every problem.It is really ridiculous

I initially gave 2 star due to issues like zoom resets, no copy function, and a clunky read-aloud voice — frustrating for independent study. However, Snapplify’s support was excellent: they responded promptly, processed a refund, and even offered help to test the issue. I’ve since bought the book elsewhere, but I’m updating to 4 stars to acknowledge their effort and service. If you have issues, their team is willing to assist.

I bought a textbook expecting the convenience of a digital format, but Snapplify has made studying harder. Zoom resets every time you switch chapters, the robotic read-aloud voice is unbearable, and you can’t copy a single word—making note-taking on a different document and referencing for research incredibly frustrating. This might suit teachers or students in a classroom, but if you’re studying independently, it’s a nightmare. I'm buying the physical book instead and consider my money wasted.
