• Register your bike directly in the app to activate the lifetime warranty and receive critical updates about your bike.

Ratings and reviews

This app would be great if it would connect to the bike without a strong data connection. With a strong data connection, the app connects to the bike allowing you to change settings, and records data from the bike like distance from the wheel sensors, your power output, assist levels, cadence and the like. It makes no sense that it need a data connection to connect to the bike via blue tooth. So it's kind of useless on any of the really good rides I want to do - which are off the grid.

This app does a lot of nice things, except for being a good bike computer. It's fine if you want a map, but if you just want stats--Speed, cadence, etc--it's abysmal. A huge step down from the old app. The fields are relegated to 1/4 of the screen instead of the entire screen. Plus, the screen is white with black letters--very poor in sunlight. It takes way too long to get the information I need off the display. Biking is supposed to be about riding the bike, not staring down at the display.

Unfortunately the app is useless for me. If you don't have Internet or cell service you can not connect to your bike. There is no way to adjust battery settings or access any features on the bike. Additionally, if you try and record a ride and you're in spotty coverage the app will continually ask you to accept terms, indicate the you're "out of bounds"and then sign you out erasing any progress you may have tried to record. Why would you make an app for mountain biking that requires Internet
