So basically, although the vpn was paid for a year in advance (extension), it still doesn't reflect on my account. I contacted IT, but nobody ever responded. This is especially disappointing as I have been using them for a few years now.

Full of scam, dont buy the annual/yearly subscription. It only work for 3months. After that you cant connect and they will ignore all your emails

Very unstable. You can't even report it because no email provided where or costumer service unlike other proxy server. waste of money.
