Ratings and reviews

This app claimed it worked perfectly in China, but I couldn't use the service at all in China. Nothing changed after I turned on the "optimized for China" option or made other changes in app setting. This affected my work. I requested a refund after I ended my trip. The first quick reply email refused my request and the reason given is I didn't contact their IT support, but at the end they issued the full refund. 1 star for app performance, 3 star for staff handling my refund.

DO NOT. This is a rip-off, their sales agents are probably scammers, they lure you into unacceptable terms with "free" options, they make sure you agree to unfair commercial practices and hidden policies, they scam you into yearly subscriptions and then they make sure that whatever "free" they have given you is charged later on. But not only their commercial practices seem fraudulent, the service itself is terrible. Frequently down and does not always protect your IP. App full of bugs, risky!!!!

Already spent enough time with your support staff thanks - they blame my phone, and my laptop Might be good elsewhere, but virtually useless in China. Even when it will actually connect it is so slow to be almost useless. I spend far more time searching for usable servers, reconnecting and disconnecting, reactivating my account whenever it decides to tell me the password is wrong, and contacting with support, than I do actually using the app.
