Tesco app far far better. Twice now I have tried to check out baskets and went to external bank app so payment is authorised and it never checks out. The search functionality doesn't give suggestions if you haven't the exact wording and the real rewards vouchers don't accept online. Beyond rubbish. Deleted account.

Incredibly slow and cumbersome compared to other grocery apps. Very glitchy. It's like dealing with an ancient laptop. Where you have to wait for everything to load and every click takes 5 seconds to register. Also a very strange choice to not be able to fill your cart without booking a slot first. It massively restricts, it means you have to submit an order to hold that slot then. But each time you modify the order you have to go through the payment process again. Including getting the emails.

Desperate. Slow to load. Have to add items from last order 1 at a time. Old app you could just add it all in one click. Payment is painful. Fails 99% of time. Takes numerous attempts before payment goes through. Bring back the old app please. Search isn't great either. Will probably stop shopping in supervalu of this app isn't replaced soon.
