Works great! You can't judge the app on the service given by a particular location, that's foolish. The app works, and my location has excellent service. When I walk up, I skip the entire line and they hand me my food and drink already made up for me.

Surcheros is hands down the best! Clean restaurant, staff are all really nice and helpful, food is fresh, a big variety of toppings and choices, and portion size is great. Manager comes around and ask you how your dineing experience was and tells you to let him know if you need anything. I'm so glad this southwestern restaurant came to the this area. Surcheros is 100 percent better than Chipotle and Moe's in everyway. Five stars Surcheros! My new favorite place to eat😁
