This has absolutely have to be the worst app I've ever used. I can't count how many times I've had to change the password, only for it to tell me it's incorrect anywhere between hours or a day later. What's worse is you have to contact your payroll department for a link to reset your password. I'm tired of bothering them. I set this up so I can use my fingerprint to log in. It used to work with no problems. Now it doesn't. As said I can manually re-enter my password and it'll tell me it's wrong

Crashes consistently at biometric login. I have never been able to change or reset the username or password, respectively. Incredibly buggy and frustrating to work with. Really wish someone would fix the problems or even respond to help requests.

This app used to be great...had no issues. Then they updated it and ever since it won't let me sign in...either with my password or fingerprint...it just stops. Tried calling several times and they did nothing. Told me to contact my employer. Did that and had to change my password twice and it still isn't letting me login.Thanks for no help. To find out my paycheck amount I now have to call my bank or ask my employer. Why can't you fix your app? This is not my doing.
