I'm disappointed as I was exicted to use this but when I enter my information, it say I'm on an older version of the app? Yet I literally just installed it. I've uninstalled it, and tried again and same thing...

Doesnt work. Keeps stating "Couldn't find product support"

wouldn't work said I was on old version of app when I wasn't and the site it takes you to delete your account is not in service
