Ratings and reviews

Initially impressed at the selection and prices, that all went out the window when I got my order. One pair of pants had been labeled my size on the app, but when I got them, they weren't even close to my size! Despite this being their mistake, I still had to pay the restocking fee and the options to return are atrocious. I opted for the site credit figuring I could find something else, but now can't even get close to just spending the credit amount.

Y'all need to hire more humans. Tops are being labeled Kimonos. One piece swimsuits are being labeled swimsuit tops, etc. The quality control has gone downhill. Things marked excellent are obviously worn out, and it can be seen even through the camera you use, which doesn't give a lot of detail. Some listings have blurry photos. And measurements are definitely off. And now pics of listings are disappearing when I scroll, so I can't shop. I used to love this app, so please get it together.

I used to really love it, but it has gone downhill. I wasn't even awaree that they were charging a $30 service for for sending items in & listing items, then another $5 for shipping items back to me. I am missing a pair of pants that aren't listed and did not make it back to me. They say they don't accept items that aren't damaged, I cannot tell you how many items I have received that have stains, holes and are falling apart, or listed with false descriptions. They should update the app?
