This app is great when it works. The app crashes quite a bit, and a main feature many people want to use is room and voice control grouping. Unfortunately, the group feature on this app always bugs out, forcing me to delete the group and try again. Sometimes it even tells me to delete the devices in my home. I have blinds in my entire house, so restarting them all is a treat. Besides, auto open and close using my voice without the group feature is bad. please fix this..

app is lacking in some areas, such as the very limited schedules can be made. (up to 5). i use mine in the event i need to prevent my semi truck from shutting down while idling, can only do this if i use an auto clicker app to activate the switch every so often. would be nice if the app came with a timer to auto switch at set intervals with out a limit on how many times it can.

The app is a bit cluttered with unhelpful tutorial interruptions and yet another nag attempt by SwitchBot to get permission to send promotional emails. I dislike promotional emails so much that I unchecked the "order updates and promotional emails" option when I ordered the product (or however they phrased the misleading option). Why would I want promotional emails now? Of course, I still received order updates, so I was right to be suspicious and can not recommend their products.
