The app works well, but I paid for a subscription that doesn't work, I sent a request for support which was closed by the developers days later without any responses. have since submitted other requests which sinple go unanswered. I paid for an advanced subscription for IFTTT functionality but it's not working and IFTTT has said it's a problem with the API. but I can't get any support.

while the app gives a general sense of temp/humidity and has other features the gui is horrendous. I've used devices with the app for 4 years now and the app has never been improved. I can't believe they think the interface is acceptable. the axis labels are light grey and font 0.001 size. completely illegible. if for example you want to see if your garage was below freezing over night, good luck basically get a curve with unreadable axis scales. there is no PC interface but designed for 19 inc

Have had the app for some time. I use it to control a couple outlets. It was easy to setup and use. But too many times it goes offline and my outlets are said to be unresponsive, yet other things work fine. Just updated the app today, and now they don't work, yet again. The app that controls all my other remote products always works. I'll get a different app, or get different outlets that work with my other app. It ruins the whole idea of smart controls, if I have to manually control them.
