Ratings and reviews

You can no longer change the wifi settings on your devices since they changed the app. I tried working with their support team for over a month and they keep giving me the same trouble shooting steps that are on the website. Then they tried to tell me that all 4 of the devices I had must have gone bad all at the same time. I've now purchased different devices that don't use this app and they all work perfectly.

It was a functional, inexpensive automation solution, but now they require a paid subscription. I'm not a fan of that, but I started to explore the option at least.... but I can't even log in to check in info now. My LastPass saved password for some reason is not recognized, and there's no 'forgot/reset password' option that I can find.. So I guess I'll abandon this product and try to discourage anyone from using it, since this company does not seem to care about their customers.

Absolutely love the Sonoff devices for control and monitoring, however there are some pretty big flaws. The biggest of which, when you click on a outlet there is a 2-3m delay prior to showing live readings, even when connected via LAN. This needs to be addressed. Also things that should be added: -5m live wattage average on device. -Display wattage/KWH stats on the home panel with all of the device names. More stats are better and ability to easily read them, these devices are all about that.
